WADL Stays True to Candidate Fairness and Format in Upcoming Mayoral Debate

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., Dec. 31 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The second in a series of highly talked about Debates takes place Wednesday January 7th 2009 8:00PM.

WADL TV 38 has remained true to its promise to give all candidates who want the opportunity a forum to debate. The Candidates for round 2 of one of Detroit's most talked about elections are as follows, D. Etta Wilcoxon, Coleman Young II, Stanley Christmas and Rev. Nicholas Hood III.

Previously invited to debate in this round was Sharon McPhail. In an unexpected turn of events Mayoral candidate Sharon McPhail refused to debate with candidates that were randomly selected after she did not rank in the top four.

The panel will include Nolan Finley, Editorial Editor for the Detroit News, Stephen Henderson, Editorial Editor for The Detroit Free Press, and Moderator Dayna Clark, News Anchor WJR News Talk Radio.
